The Revolution Ep 39 What the Word Means Regarding Suicide

Join me in this hardcore topic that is very controvertial. Together we navigate the Scriptures and the meaning of what you are worth to God and how the enemy tries to lie to you to get you to agree with him to take your own life. 
Based on Scriptures, please navigate these accordingly:
Jesus explained that once we belong to Him, we no longer live the same way in several passages. Here are some key scriptures where He teaches this truth:
Luke 9:23-24"And he said to all, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.’"
Jesus makes it clear that following Him requires self-denial and a transformed way of life.
Matthew 16:24-26"Then Jesus told his disciples, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?’"
Jesus emphasizes that true discipleship means surrendering our old ways and priorities to follow Him fully.
John 15:4-5"Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."
A transformed life is only possible through abiding in Jesus, showing that we can no longer live apart from Him.
John 14:23-24"Jesus answered him, ‘If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father's who sent me.’"
Jesus teaches that those who belong to Him will live in obedience to His commands, reflecting a changed life.
John 12:24-25"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life."
Jesus teaches that belonging to Him means dying to our old way of life so that we can bear fruit for His kingdom.
These passages show that once we are His, we no longer live for ourselves but for Him, walking in obedience, faith, and love.
Here are five New Testament scriptures that Paul wrote about believers who no longer belong to themselves but to Jesus Christ once they accept Him as their Savior:
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body."
Romans 14:7-8"For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s."
Galatians 2:20"I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
2 Corinthians 5:15"And he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised."
Titus 2:14"Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works."

The Revolution Ep 34 Overcoming Depression Naturally

Depression is a real problem, but self sabotage can be worse. How can we overcome bad eating habits or insomia which escalate depression even further? Look to these tips for help and for Scriptures that can change your mind about who you are and who Jesus is for you!
Bad Nutrition and Depression
Nutrient Deficiencies
Look for low levels of essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, B vitamins (especially B12 and folate), magnesium, and zinc. Deficiencies in these are linked to worsening depressive symptoms.
Example: Low folate can impair serotonin production, a key neurotransmitter in mood regulation.
High Sugar and Processed Food Intake
Diets high in refined sugars and processed foods may lead to inflammation and blood sugar instability, both of which can aggravate depression.
Watch for signs of "emotional eating" patterns tied to depressive episodes.
Irregular Eating Patterns
Skipping meals or overeating (e.g., binge eating) can disrupt energy levels and mood stability, common in depressed patients.
Look for correlations with appetite changes, a core symptom of depression.
Gut-Brain Axis Dysfunction
Poor diet (e.g., low fiber, high fat) can alter gut microbiota, which may influence mood through the gut-brain connection.
Check for digestive issues like bloating or irregular bowel movements alongside depression.
Caffeine and Alcohol Overuse
Excessive caffeine or alcohol consumption can destabilize mood and worsen depressive symptoms.
Note if patients report using these as coping mechanisms.
Interplay Between Bad Nutrition, Insomnia, and Depression
Vicious Cycle of Sleep and Eating Habits
Poor sleep can increase cravings for unhealthy, high-carb, or sugary foods, which in turn destabilize mood and sleep quality further.
Look for late-night eating or snacking as a potential red flag.
Inflammation as a Common Thread
Diets high in processed foods and sleep deprivation both promote systemic inflammation, which is implicated in worsening depression.
Check for biomarkers like C-reactive protein (CRP) if available in your research data.
Hormonal Imbalances
Poor nutrition and insomnia can disrupt hormones like cortisol, melatonin, and serotonin, amplifying depressive symptoms.
Watch for signs of stress-related eating or sleep irregularities tied to mood swings.
Cognitive Decline
Combined effects of bad nutrition (e.g., low omega-3s) and insomnia can impair concentration, memory, and decision-making, all of which feed into depressive rumination.
Energy Depletion
Lack of proper nutrients (e.g., iron or protein) and fragmented sleep reduce physical and mental energy, making depression harder to manage.
In the Bible, Jesus says that he will give rest to those who are weary and burdened, and that his yoke is easy to bear. These passages are often used for comfort and hope for people struggling with depression:
Matthew 11:28-30: Jesus invites people to come to him for rest and to learn from him
Luke 12:25-26: Jesus encourages people not to worry
John 16:33: Jesus offers peace in the midst of trouble
Romans 8:38-39: People are assured that nothing can separate them from God's love
2 Corinthians 12:9: God's grace is sufficient for people
Philippians 4:6-7: People can find peace through prayer
James 1:2-4: People can consider it pure joy when they face trials
1 Peter 5:7: People can cast all their anxiety on God
Other considerations
Jesus also spoke about how faith and prayer can help in hard times. Some say that depression can be a result of sin in the world. I believe that depression can have spiritual components, in addition to medical and emotional problems. More to come! Subscribe and SHARE!

The Revolution Ep 33 MAGA and the 2017 Prophecy

God's hand is in favor of the MAGA move whether we agree or not!
Scriptures: Nehemiah 6-9
We see that when Nehemiah and Ezra obeyed God to rebuild the walls of the city, Sambalat, Tobiah and other enemies of God wanted to stop the work at all costs, including trying to do harm to Nehemiah by paying prophets to make him fear and grow weary, and spreading lies and conspiracies on how Nehemiah wanted to be king over the people. However we also see that Nehemiah didn't bother himslf with them beacuse he knew what God told him to do.
The Lord showed me the similarities between this story and what we are seeing presently now in this nation we know as The United States. For far too long we have allowed people to come in the way of this great nation to rob and make us their servants via taxation and wastful spending. 
The Lord showed me back in 2017 a different America, and 7 years later, it is unfolding before everyone's eyes!
